Summit Lids is a small UK business. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English.
What we collect
When you send an order or email us: your name, email, phone number if you give it, delivery address and what you ordered.
Why
Only to process and deliver your order, send your payment link and reply to you. We don't sell your details, and we won't add you to marketing emails unless you ask.
Who sees it
Us, our email provider, our payment provider (to take payment) and the delivery service (to post your order).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes, then deleted.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you come back.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@summitlids.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
